Sparkling wine from the Palatinate – handmade & sustainable
Our love for sparkling wine has a long tradition: We produce Riesling Sekt brut, Riesling Sekt trocken and Pinot Blanc Sekt brut in Essingen using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. Each bottle is hand-riddled and ages on the lees for many months.
The grapes come from sustainable cultivation in our EU- and DE-ecologically certified vineyards in the Southern Palatinate. This results in sparkling wines with character, fine perlage, and aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, and peach. Important: Our sparkling wines are not yet sold as organic sparkling wines; an organic sparkling wine is in preparation and will be available in a few months.
