The essence of artisanal winemaking: Our Village Blend red wine cuvée combines the highest selection with at least 16 months of lees aging and barrique aging. The result is a profound, complex red wine with character and aging potential – limited to just 555 bottles.
The cuvée consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot – masterfully composed. In the glass, an expressive bouquet unfolds: blackcurrant, blackberry, and cherry, underscored by fine cedarwood, vanilla, and spice notes (clove, nutmeg).
On the palate, the wine is powerful and elegant at the same time. Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure and ripe tannins, Cabernet Franc ensures finesse and spice, and Merlot brings velvety fruit. The barrique aging rounds off the taste experience with roast notes and dark chocolate.
A wine for special occasions – ideal with braised meat, lamb, or aged cheese.
