This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon combines the typical characteristics of the grape variety with a harmonious oak influence, which gives the wine additional depth without masking its freshness and accessibility.
In the glass, it presents itself in a dense, dark ruby red. On the nose, a complex bouquet of blackcurrants, ripe blackberry, and dark chocolate unfolds, complemented by fine hints of green bell pepper and a subtle roasted aroma from the subtle oak use.
On the palate, the wine presents itself as structured, velvety, and multi-layered: The balanced tannin structure provides depth without heaviness. A delicate interplay of spicy fruit, light herbal notes, and a chocolatey finish elegantly rounds off the taste experience.
