Our Sauvignac impresses with its clear, pale yellow color and an intense bouquet: grapefruit, lime, and green apples, accompanied by a grassy freshness.
On the palate, the wine is lively, fresh, and mineral, with well-integrated acidity and a long, exotically fruity finish – characterized by pineapple and passion fruit.
This aromatic white wine is ideal as an aperitif and harmonizes excellently with seafood, fresh salads, and mild cheese. A wine for social evenings and festive occasions.
Sauvignac is a so-called PIWI grape variety – specially bred for high resistance to diseases. This significantly reduces the need for pesticides – good for the environment and sustainable viticulture.
