This year, our Sauvignon Blanc presents itself with particular elegance and aromatic clarity. On the nose, a complex bouquet of grapefruit, lime, green apple, and gooseberry unfolds, complemented by freshly cut grass and a fine minerality that gives the wine complex depth.
